I hava just created a new Agent for an existing Pilot, The normal phone number is 38885 and the agent phone number is 738885.... when the agent loges on the CCS pilot it's not possible to call the associate no 38885... I'll get forwarded to our switchboard and they can see that the exptesion 38885 is out of order.... when the agent loggess of the pilot I'm able to call the Asssociate nuber again (38885)
Please give me som hints....

I think exist better way without management fo reach agent.
You need validate CCD option "ProACD forwarded to agent at logon" TRUE and all incoming calls to proacd set will be forwarded to logged agent.

It depends, because it will also enable internal calls to do that, some call center doesn't want that.
