Post by mozi »

Hello,
after a Mainboard change and new Licensfile there is no access to the OTUC Server. When I connect via Browswer an try to login with admin admin I get the error message wrong user or wrong password.
Checking the admin password with the ldap browser shows that the password is admin. We are using messaging with Exchange. No user are allowed to consult there mailbox. Evertime we try to open the mailbox we can her this message: your mailbox is locked.

does anybody has an Idea

kind regards mozi

Seems a DB problem, try to restore a backup.
Restore previous license as well.
In other words, try to rollback as much as you can to try to find out the problem.

a service otucd status run what displays?
Is UDAS running?

I can't connect via http, so I'm not able to restore the Database.

I reinstalled the old License File to see if the Server recognize that there is the wrong MAC Adress. Yes, I can see in tzhe log files that then the wrong License is installed.

The service otucd staus command shows that everything is running:
[root@otuc ~]# service otucd status

Wrong MAC Address? Why? Was your network card integrated?
if you go to: http://otuc:8083 do you see anything? You should see Alcatel Omnitouch Unified Messaging banner.
Has the ethernet interface changed it's name? From eth0 to eth1 maybe?
If you do a port trace which ports answers you?

It is an onboard networkinterface, the previous mainbord was out of order, so it was replaced. Since that time the problem occcured. I can access the otuc via browser and I can use my phone and my assistant but not my messaging and I can't access the admin login

It really seems an LDAP problem but the service says up, can you access the logs? on version 3 there are on: /opt/ALCHTS/var/log/process_stdout/tomcat

In /api folder
Verify in Alarms.log file that the “Framework is startedâ€
