Hi all,

I used to be able to login to the 4760 then go to Account/Traf and then select an individual user and then select the Records tab and it would show me the last 10 numbers the user had dialled.

I tried to login and have a look at this information today and it seems to have all dissapeared and I have no idea why. I suspect this may also be why whenever I try to do a report on daily traffic by station it just comes up blank!

Any reasons as to why this would have happened??

You can set the number of records to view to any number you like - check that it hasnt been set to 0.

Nah, by default ours are set to 10 and we can choose to view up to 99. Also when I try to make a report of how much traffic a station has the report just turns up blank.

Hi. Select nmc nivel and then select Record tab. Do you have any record?.

Hi,

Came back in the office today and records and popping up again. Might have been something to do with me enabling recording for incoming calls instead of just out going or the fact that i changed the database thresholds??
