I've installed R 6.2 without any trouble on VM.
Check the integrity of your software before trying again, maybe is damaged.

ok , changed my network adapter settings on VM and used host only problem solved

I already install 6.2, 7.0 and 7.1 version with the instructions of slimphony (including mac spoofing) and all installations works fine.
