standby server log 0422 error

I operator call center.

Standby server was mastercopy.

then Standby server log is indicate below.

0422=IP_LINK Incident: Reference Media Gateway is not declared

OBJECT CLASS: Dhs3Board
EVENT TYPE: ProcessingErrorAlarm (10)
PROBABLE CAUSE: Unknown (0)

"IP_LINK Incident: Reference Media Gateway is not declared"
"IP link process error"
"Reference Media Gateway is not declared"

this means link is broaken. Is that right?

If that is not, what does that mean?

You have to decalred the reference MG, in mgr-->shelf , choose the MG you want a reference. This is usefull in a duplicate configuration. The server who reach the reference MG, is consider the MAIN server. Regards.
