Redial not work - you dial 0+number, finish call, off-hook handset and after press key "Redial" - and what?

Added tg prefix in both external call back transtor(created in system i.e.BEF,DEF) but no result, there is nothing like other parameters in specific telephone services.in specific telephone services i am getting three redial options, they are
1.redial internal calls
2.Redial Lost on ua sets
3.Redial list of NOE sets.
three points are true, but the redial problem is happening..

digital phone - what type?
F.e. if UA (4020, 4035...) and you have "redial list on UA=yes" - you press "redial", see numbers (up to 8 ) and can select (with "+" and "-" keys), press "redial" (or "Ok") again.
