Pimphony Database error on every groupcall?!

Hi everyone,

got a slightly small problem with one of my clients.

i got a omniPCX L R4.1 with about 20 PIMphony Basic Clients using central services. I got 2 callergroups wich rings together if a call comes from -0 ... everytime WHEN the client wich got this problem DOESENT answer the call i got a:

Error 3197 on the screen ...

the call is shown correctly in pimphony, pimphony works correctly ... everything is fine ... except this issue.

i got pimphony 5.1.368 ... should be the newest one. reinstalled allready pimphony and also reconfigured the settings for this user.

anyone got an idea what this can be?
