Is it Port mirroring function available on e-Reflexes?

Hello everyone. I have to trace a 4020 IP that it is thousands of kilometers far from me (so I can't go there with a hub), could anybody tell me if it is possible to activate the port mirroring on this type of IP set, and how? We found this answer in some TCs, but only for the IP Touch sets... I might be missing the right TC...

Any help or tip on how to deal with this matter will be very much appreciated. Thanks!

well, if i'm not mistaken, it's only a phone with a HUB, or to be more accurate: some of e-Reflexes had only a HUB, some had a switch 10/100.
Why i know this, because i've seen error: the pc port being turned off, it happen when it was about 80% of 'theoretical' traffic from / to PC behind a eReflex. It was 4037 (4035 + expander) but well, it's up to you to check what type of ip-expander you have. Unfortunately can't remember if and how to check remotely. But this was like eons ago.
if you could go into menu (by end-user) and check -> then you have 10/100 Ethernet switch. This is not full monitoring, only after the phone boots up, so, no dhcp trace on 10/100 (it was called FRE -> 100/10 switch not RE - a hub)
