conversation recording on WebSoftPhone

I'm having a problem on conversation recording on websoftphone, after i start the recording when i try to pause or stop it showed an error on screen anyone faced this prob before?

Version: 5.2.000.018
Error: the web interface showed an error when i clicked on STOP or PAUSE.

where can i locate the log file for the error?

This bug is corrected in ICS 6.1.000.102a.
