Basic Tone OmniPCX Enterprise

hellooo,, i am newbie in omniPCX..

can i get file basic tone in omniPCX enterprise.??

if can, where location file basic tone omniPCX Enterprise, like voice guide, location in /DHS3ext/vg/flash/std/ (flashz2vg.EN0)

because i have 2 omniPCX Enterprise (different release R.9/cpu7 & R.6/cpu6) but the tone number 19&20 is different but same country. i see the basic tone from choice the country..so i want get the basic tone from R.6

Basic tone - country depended. When you create empty database - you select country - and will be created tones and timers.
But when you say about tone 19 and 20 - we say about TONES (System/ tones)? You can manage this tones like you need.
Or about basic tone - 19 - 50 Hz Line size (ALE), 20 - reserved for DECT?
I think we say about USUAL tones (System/tones) - so 19 - Dial tone. You can manage this tone. (f.e. look to another PBX and manage the same parameters).

but my problem, why the tone is different but same country. i see the number tone is same. i use the omniPCX Enterprise R9.1 and the other use the omniPCX Enterprise R8.0. thank you

In different country - different history - in Russia "dial tone" 19 - permanent tone 425 Hz, in USA - permanent but two simultaneous frequencies, in Germany (as I remember) - not permanent (repeated double "beep").
