4760 call accounting issue

we have oxo 5.0 and 4760 call accounting 4.0

installation is ok, tickets are all ok.
our problem is the call cost is always zero for internation, mobile, national and local calls.. could someone help us pleaseeee..

could anybody help us? we are looking for someone who can send us a database file with working working tariff etc.

call accounting 4760 rel 4.0. system oxo 5.0

we are locked up for a week now, we can't configure the call cost... please do help us...

Well to obtain help faster the first thing is to put the topic on the section it belongs. I have moved this to Omnivista 4760 so some expert may help you.
I remember your question has been previously asked, have you searched the forum?
We usually answer fast but we don't "live" here lol and we have job to do. I'm sure somebody will answer soon in all case.

Apart, why do lauch to install a software you don't manage completly? Can't expect all to work by magic, we always also advice first time of any product hire a certified expert and then you try to install. Or take a trainig course.

Read the manual from 4760. There it explains how to configure 4760 for OXO. You have to create Indirect Carriers. Check the doc, there you have an example. You will understand it.

Only 1 solution : Configure the carriers, meaning look at the doc how to link cost to the ticket (carrier configuration)
