No Voice prompts using SIP between pilots

Hi everybody,

We're using a SIP link between two OXEs, when a call enters the WQ no voice prompt is broadcasted we only have the ringing tone.
Is there any missing configuration ?

SIP TG declared as private or public? Did you tried with public?
