SIP Ext Gw with MyTeamwork SIP ISDN/SIPABCF :?

So I am looking for a valid tested configuration. I have a SIP external gateway carrier that uses ISDN All Countries for their Q931 signaling, If I use ABCF for my sip trunk group them my DID translations do not work right nor do transfers.

In considering this requirement I am trying to get MyTeamwork to work. Here is the issue. myTeamwork requires SIP Gateway to be ABCF for the trunk group. I cannot find a configuration that works since I must have two SIP trunk groups SIP ISDN and SIP ABCF. When the SIP gateway is set to the ISDN trunk group I can call in and out of my IP Phones and into myteamwork but myteamwork cannot call out because DID translation is TRUE and it is binding to my SIP ISDN TG.

When SIP gateway is set to ABCF trunk group I cannot call into the system, or if I can DID translations do not work and the call defaults to the entity call number.

Any ideas on a tested configuration when using SIP ext gw and also Myteamwork?

It is not clear - do you have any PSTN connection on MyTW server?
If not then you do not need to configure it as SIP external gateway on PABX' side.
Check traces on PABX when your call is not succefull.
