POLYCO VX 1500 SIP EXTENSION Video Conference

Post by Godoy »

The videoconference on Polycom VX 1500 does not work on "SIP extension type"? We made it work with "SIP device type", but we need the facilities like "supervision" that only the "SIP extension type" provides.

Anyone know how to fix this? :o

Thanks..

Godoy.

I am using in my work, Alcatel 4019.4039, and 310/610WLAN POLYCOM VVX1500.
The Alcatel operates all facilities.
And the POLYCOM put in SIP EXTENSION facilities will work, but will stop making
VIDEOCONFERENCE
I need him to make the video conferencing facilities and works ... but urgent
and set super vision to see when the phone is in use or not.?

No. SIP device has no access to prefixes or suffixes. Only features possible via SIP protocol by itself.
