ACD Queuing

Hi,

I have configured an ACD on an OXO R5.1 and I am having a problem.

when calls are entering they get the welcome message and always go the the the first waiting msg even if the agents are free and loh on

I want to configure it to have the welcome msg then be to transfered to the agents.

If the agents are not free then it goes to the waiting msg

Can someone help

We have also encounter problem in OXO Rel 5.1 on ACD.

Just a question, did your try to Reload factory configuration of your ACD under OMC,ACD,ACD services... gen parameters, maintenance "reload factory config?

Our problem before is when a call lands on the ACD hunt group "no acd voices messages played.... we try this many times in our lab system and we found out that when you restore to factory setting it will never load acd msgs from the OMC.

Solution we deployed.
We loaded our working ACD database again to the CPU via "Auto connect to restore" just to load ACD to the CPU again.

Note: be sure that DB you are going to load to the CPU has ACD voice msgs and its not corrupted.

Any idea if its a bug on OXO Rel 5.1 on ACD???
