Boards of RPS out of service

Hi,

The remote shelf connected through fiber link on media converter and terminated to switch where INTIP of remote shelf is also connected to create the link between main and remote shelves, but my remote shelf down several times i have seen these two incidents, after every time the link is up:

reason 5 says : Signalization link lost
reason 7 says : Backplane clock loss



what can be the issue? is it something related to switch on which media converter and INTIP are terminated? because the fiber link is okay, or is it some configuration or compressions issue??
