How to reset the Password of a mail box (4645)

Hi All,

In a hotel installation done recently with 4645 inbuilt, eva tool is not working. Generates errors Eva_tool Grammar error or Eva_tool.dct corrupted
Now a guest has checked in and wants to access his mails in his mailbox but doesn't recollect the password.
Is there any way to reset the password. need help on this a bit urgently

code is always identical to the password for the set and cannot be modified by the guest."

Try to change secret code for a set.

Tried with changing secret code via mgr and room set too but with no success.

Then may be it is more general problem with 4645 or other users can enter password?
So Eva_tool is not loaded at all?
/usr2/oneshot/mtcl/Eva_tool.dct is just a plain-text file. Check may be some problems with it?Compare with default one:
