IP touch 4068 reboots when LLDP is active

Hello,

I have an issue: Ip touch 4068 reboots when LLDP is active on cisco switch 3560. When LLDP is disabled, there is no issue. However, 4028 works fine even with LLDP active.
Has anyone come across this issue before??
