My_IP_Touch_XML_Services_Wrapper_guide

hi all,
i just started working with IP touch XML services development and i have one document with "My_IP_Touch_XML_Services_Wrapper_guide.pdf". Document shows some sort SDK classes for .net,PHP and jsp but i am not sure whether there is any such libraries or sdk avaialable for the same. Will you please let me know, whether such SDK or libraries are avialable and if yes where from i can get them.

When you buy the solution you receive them on a CD, or OTUC/ICS CD or just XML Presentation Server CD
