Ring issue in analogue phones

Hi ALU people,

one of our customer who has OXE crystal hardware has an analogue phone of Alcatel model "Audience 03" this phone alone doesn't ring in both Z24 & eZ32 boards. does any one have an idea I have tried TC747.

Try this: replace in tones 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 basic tone 27 (ring 25Hz) with basic tone 19 (ring 50Hz).

Did try the same, but it is not working. Have opened a ticket with TAC.
