Router table is not updated

Hi.
When connected to another router on 7750sr filled OSPF Link State Database and Route Table, but if you disconnect and then recover in a few minutes, the OSPF Link State Database is filled again, and there is no Route Table.

Q: this is due to incorrect setting policy or not?

If you can get examples of policy settings for the OSPF router for all routes and routes selected?

the Esxt-lsdb and lsdb won't be cleared of, they aim to be updated.
as you can check with no policy, routes age increase with no incident on the ext-lsdb and lsdb table.
