AVA Port security on Cisco switch

Hi.

I'd like to configure with working AVA port security on Cisco switch. I've found these command are necessary:
interface FastEthernet0/1
switchport access vlan 6
switchport mode access
switchport voice vlan 19
switchport port-security maximum 3
switchport port-security maximum 2 vlan access
switchport port-security maximum 1 vlan voice
switchport port-security
switchport port-security violation restrict
switchport port-security mac-address sticky
switchport port-security mac-address sticky 001c.c4c8.4ccd vlan access
switchport port-security mac-address sticky 0080.9f59.9899 vlan voice
spanning-tree portfast
end
It seems to work OK, but only first time, when the switch has no MAC address remembered as sticky address. When first time phone and computer are going up, they get their own IP address and everything is working. But when I'd like to restart IP phone, it can't get proper IP address (it is staying on Network 2/5 stage during startup). When I disable port security - the phone is configuring properly. Does anybody here have some experiences with port security on Cisco switch?
