MIPT 310 can dial extensions but no voice

Dear all,

We have configured mipt 310s without SVP server in Rel 9.1. these mipts when they make the call between them there is voice communication. but when they make calls or recieve calls from digital extensions there is no voice communications.

Can anyone suggest some solution for this.

1.Do you have any other IP phones.? If avail, from IP phone calls are working..?
2. If you have only digital phones and MIPT only on the site..?
3. INTIP board Inservice..? and No' of comp for IP Device.?

If you find this correctly MIPT will work perfect.!!

I have only MIPT and digital device. INTIPA is been used with 10 compressions and inservice. but the strange thing is calls between mipt is working perfectly

Dynamic port range configured correctly on data equipment? Should be a network configuration issue.
The RTP Stream to your GD/INTIP seems not okay.
MIPT-MIPT goes direct RTP -> other way than to your INTIP/GD
