Mobile 500 - I don't recevie any message

Hello,

I test a new mobile 500. I have configured the Emergency Call function.

When I configure with only a number, It's work, the number is called when i push on Emergency button.

But when I configure a text message and a number, it doesn't work. When I push on the Emergency button, any text message is received on my office phone.




The pabx is Oxe R7.0. My office phone is an 4035T. The mobile is declared as GAP+.

Check - in your phone parameters allowed or no "Call by name and mini mail".

Don't believe that. DECT500 doesn't support GAP+ in my point of view. It's GAP only.

Yes, the mobile is not declared as GAP+ but GAP.

For informations : send/receive mesages is possible only if OXE is R10 and if you have IP-Dect base. It doesn't work with ibs and rbs.

I tought DECT-IP is planned to be released in OXE R10.1 ... or later ...

The OXO Software must be Release 10.1 or 11
The Software for Mobile 500 must be SW 10.65

Thanks for the input but you noticed this is a 2011 post, right?

10.65 is GAP+ SW but with a number of restrictions. It is not the same Level of service as Mobile 400 or 8232 DECT.
Read carefully the Release note!
OXE has Minimum Versions to be used too.
