Routing based on CLI

Post by thanzeel »

hi all,

I have a call centre system running with Rel 8.0. The customer has a requirement. It is that when international calls starting with 00 comes to the PABX system, they want to know if such calls can be routed to a particular location such as an extension or RSI. But how can we do that. I know if we want to route the calls of a particular phone number we can do through the speed dial. but they want is any number starting with 00 should be routed. How can we do this?

Please help me on this topic..

Hoping for your earliest response

You can do this using ACR (or Skill based routing).

Or you can use "call filtering routing" OXE facility. No license need.
