Hi,
I have an OXE R8 with SIP enabled. When an inbound SIP call arrives the call ring the extension and if answered before forward on no answer to voicemail kicks in everything is OK. However if the call gets forwarded to voicemail the OXE sends a SIP 302 message to the originator of the call and after a long silence voicemail answers with the administration menu... 'If you have a mailbox on this system please enter mailbox number or press hash to spell a name...' This happens because the contact element of the SIP 302 message contains Contact: <sip:7066@ip_of_oxe;user=phone> and the originator sends a new invite 'INVITE sip:7066@ip_of_oxe SIP/2.0'
Is it possible to configure the OXE to transfer the call internally rather than using a reinvite?

Inbound SIP Calls Fail When Redirected to Voicemail
Re: Inbound SIP Calls Fail When Redirected to Voicemail
As I understand - in your SIP TG signaling ABC_F - create another TG (ISDN all country), in this case forward will performed inside PBX.

Hmm.. Creating new TG I get 'Trunk Group ID: No fict. trunk ID free'.
I have 6 TGs.

Re: Inbound SIP Calls Fail When Redirected to Voicemail
To fix that.
make a telnet connection.
command: cdmao
command: cfgUpdate (be care of the capital U)
check number 5 (trunks) and increase the value with 100. (example if the value is 220 make it 320)
reboot the OXE and try to recreate your trunk.

Thanks, that worked. Now I can't set T2 Specification to SIP if I set TG Signalling to ISDN all country. I have set it to Mini SIP and when I call in I get Server Error 500.

Re: Inbound SIP Calls Fail When Redirected to Voicemail
Did you manage under sip a external sip gateway? Did you refer in this gateway to the new sip trunk?
Did you use a new network routing table which is pointing to the new external sip gateway. Did you manage a new network prefix which is refering to the net network routing table and the new trunkgroup?

Re: Inbound SIP Calls Fail When Redirected to Voicemail
Mini SIP or SIP and ISDN - two different things.
Mini SIP - 8 access
SIP - 60 access.
I think in last case you need to add more trunks via cfgUpdate. Not remember about SIP, but f.e. for one T2 access you need to add 64 trunks

Re: Inbound SIP Calls Fail When Redirected to Voicemail
In TG parameters - the same remote network (like for previous TG).
Nothing special in TG local parameters - number of digits unused or digits to add.
TG/NPD selector - the same NPD.

Re: Inbound SIP Calls Fail When Redirected to Voicemail
I've set up the TG to be the same as the previous TG except for ISDN All Country. I have now run into an issue with TG NPD. In the original TG Public NPD ID is 3. In the new TG it is 8 and when I try to change it to 3 I get "OBJECT -1: Instance (reserved): Invalid Attrib. Value".
