Sip Extension no voice when calling Pilot number

Hi,

I created a Sip extension using Zoiper and it is working fine. When I call an extension the codec is a-law.

When I call a pilot number the call routes to an agent and the set rings but when answered no voice passes. Infact on Zoiper the codec is shown to be unknown.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Calling OXE extensions directly works fine?

Yes it works fine, normal extensions work fine.

And even if I call from the agent to Zoiper, codec is marked as a-law and it works fine.

The problem is only when I call the PIlot or agent from Zoiper. The codec remains unknown and the call rings but then it is cut.

What sw release are you on? Maybe a bug? Did you tried on other sw rel?

not sure what just happened but I think tot and I posted at the same time and mine got lost? just in case it does not come back I'll try again
you must have local calls to CCD and the hybrid loop configured else calls would not go though so I wonder if the loop is causing the issue?
did you try the sip extn as a sip device?

Hi,

the problem was that the sip trunk grp was programed as ABCF. Changed this to ISDN all countries and it worked fine.

hello,

i configured SIP Trunk between OXE and OXOs. there are no problem OXO to OXO any call, and OXE to OXO users. but i had same problem. if calls come from OXO to Call Center Pilots, no voice from OXE to OXO. it's like to seem RTP problem.

i changed Trunk group type ABCF to ISDN All countries, it's solved.

Out of curiosity did you had a local hybrid loopback configured on OXE side?
