Someone knows that means the cause 39? Incinfo says nothing...

39 means that your ipphone has received its VLANID by LLDP-MED. It's a new thing of R9.1.
LLDP-MED is activaved by default on the ipphone.
You can disable it with the MMI of your phone.

In my case I have found the file Incidents_R10.0.chm on the Technical Knowledge Base (BPWS), where I have taken the information I have posted.
i have the i160531...
Yes, I believe on this release, incinfo doesn't have that one.

Could you please tell me, the reset reson 1 (1 Power loss ) on POE swotches - I suppose the errors may contain also some user unpugges. What is the main reason for that restarts. Thank you
