IP Touch 4038 bug

Hi,

I wanted to share with you a bug that can occur on IPTouch 4038 phones: if you configure on one programmable key the feature “DTMF End to End Dialling“ (in French: “numérotation Q23 en transparence ”), then very often the set’s screen will go blank when using the "forward" feature.
The phone will need a reset to bring it back to normal.

Our Alcatel integrator told us that there is no solution from Alcatel and we are just not supposed to program this feature.

That's bullshit. Find another integrator next time you will be looking for ALU stuff.
First of all your current integrator should write eSR.
Second similar bugs (with empty screens on sets) have been corrected few times. Check for the latest SW patch.

I had this exact issue on h1.301.50.c fixed with a hotfix from ALU , no reason not to use this feature at all. get a new integrator!!

Solved from R9.0 h1.301.38 and R9.1 i1.605.28.
Issue exists also in R9.0 h1.301.50 - Hotfix TEL.170.so available for this
For R9.1 i1.605.25 a Hotfix TEL.238.so exists.
