Quote window

Hi,

A colleague is using Actis and when clicking the quote button at the top the quote window opens up and she has said there are two columns missing which she thinks are unit price and discount price.
Does anyone know why these would suddenly disappear or how they can be "turned back on again", I have looked for something obvious such as a "view" option but I do not know the Actis software at all.

Can anyone help with this issue pls.

If I'm not wrong, I think that the discount price only appears if there is any product with discount, in other case, this columns don't appear.

Try to make an example doing an OXO migration and adding, for example, Automated Attendant, I think that in this case the discount will appear.
