Dear friends,
We have a client with SIP systems via interconnection OXO and OXE calls between the two extensions to extensions is functioning normally, but now the customer wants calls that start from OXO, uses the trunk of the system matrix with Oxe this system is not working.
Can anyone help me on this issue?
Best Regards,
Marcio

Check access rights of the private trunk, joining between private trunk and outgoing trunk and make sure you are sending also ARS or trunk group seizure.

Thanks,
With respect to prefixes, we use the two ways with respect to the trunks were enabled to category 5 for trunk to trunk calls.
Traces when I took a call from extension to extension between OXO and Oxe comes acknolage ok, but when I try to pick from OXO is truncated at Oxe disconnection and a "404" error.

This looks not like a SIP issue (if you can call extensions both ways). You simply need to configure well transit scenario.marcio_tota wrote:Thanks,

I didn't even understand which PBX is the transit one (after your 2nd post I assume is OXE). Check PNC of the private TG on OXE side (is Pthat PNC configured that it is able to dial outside). Are you sending from OXO the public number with OXE's seizure prefix in front?

Yes the PBX that is making the transit is Oxe, but I'm having trouble doing is programming and so I identified when I come in and try out with Oxe calls it sends the DTMF dialing.
