Special characters

Hello all,

well, I have a little problem with OXE R9.1 to set special characters for my user names, for example Ï, Û, Ê,..., but only with capitale letters. When I set this kind of characters, the system tell me uptade succesfull but nothing change on my phone or in the mgr menu.

Maybe anyone has un idea ?
