Cisco SmallBusiness 300 10/100 (48port POE)

I have an issue with a IP-touch 4068 which is connected to a Cisco SmallBusiness SF 300-48P 10/100 PoE. The actual port is tagged with VLAN32 (IP-phone) and VLAN1 (Cooperartive LAN) as native. The phone is set to use use VLAN32. The phone is booting i Cycle without getting any IP-address from DHCP. I have tested the same port with connecting it to a switch instead of the phone, and the TRUNK is okey and connected devices get IP from DHCP on both VLAN.

When I try to connect the phone to a Cisco SmallBusiness SG 300-10P GigaBit PoE with the same VLAN configuration, the phone get IP from VLAN32 imidiately and get connection to the PBX.

Any idee what that could be?
