APA8 üzerinden arama yapamama

APA8 kartına bağlı analog hatlardan ARS kullanılarak arama yapılmak istendiğinde 3787 numaralı incident oluşturuyor.meter pulse too short mesajı alıyorum.
hatlarda sorun olmadığı direct trunk seize prefixi ile denediğimde arıyorum.yukarı parametre santralde nerdedir
