Media_Server don´t worked after upgrade 6.1 to 6.2

Hi @ll,

i have this problem after update the ics at R6.1 to R6.2, the services media server is STOP and in the oxe sipregister not found appli.

it should be status

anyway...post the logs of the application and review the configuration on the web Admin

don´t have logs because folder in empty.

I'd go and reinstall that service.

I just reinstall this service but the service is stopped. the same line error, and the sipregister not found appi

and i check http://urlserver:8015 and this page not open.

that will install from scratch?

Did you uninstall and then installed or just re-installed?
Check the installation log too

well, after all tests and had no results, upgrade to R6.6, and do the following.

* Traces active media server: but did not show anything
* htuser permissions: ok
* Select the service startup traces of media server and this is the result

Hello, I tell them what was the solution given by ALU

Verify the folder opt /fqdserver/Mediaserver/lib, folder contains the /bin/, if you do not have to do the following:
* full backup the ICS
* In a test server install the ICS
* In the server that has be fail, delete (not uninstall) the media server folder
* Ics stop services
* copy the folder on the test server to production server
* restart the services
* Restore the backup
* Check Oxe sip services and ICS

don't like this solution but was the most simple to resolve this case and the most important works.
