Problem with outgoing call in Singapore

Hello All,

I am faced with a problem concerning outgoing international calls from a remote shelf in Singapore.

OXE R8.0.1-g1.503-31-de-c6s2

According to the customer its a ISDN10 with SINGTEL


I am able to send the call out on the trunk, but keep getting "Invalid Number Format" back. Incoming calls are working fine.

I have tried changing the NPD format, Unknown, National, International ect. But no luck. Its not barring or ARS faliure, the failure is there with ARS and direct Trunk prefix.


Hopeing for a hint from a tech person from Singapore or other that have any ideers.
