Voice Quality issue on T2 Trunk

Dear All,

I have recently received one Opentouch Business Edition server for demo & lab testing purpose for which during lab testing and setup the following unexpected behavior have been observed.
1) the standard handset 4019 generating tones (beeps) for any digit pressed on the set.
2) T2 trunk voice quality deteriorates drastically for all outgoing/incoming calls whereas when connected to OXE works fine
3) open touch user has not been created so far since i have some issue in 8770, but from oxe perspective its working fine with the above mentioned problems.

Any advice on this will be appreciated.
