Alcatel A4400 R32714.3 Problems with Clip

Hi Guys.
My Telephone Provider says:
CLIP is on. but to see our calling number extern our calling Number Fromat sholud not be UNKNOWN
Can somebody help me to find the correct configuration?

Do you have CLIDSP daughterboard on your APA or NDDI board?

As I understand you have problem with outgoing call and numbering plan.
If I right:
Trunk groups/ PTT trunk group/ NPD selector - you can find NPD used for outgoing calls.
Translator/ Ext. numbering plan/ Numbering plan description - for NPD used in trunk group you can change Calling numb.plan (NPI/TON) - f.e. insted of ISDN/Unknown select ISDN/National.
