OXO 8.1 Not going to voicemail

HI All

I have an issue with an OXO SW Version 8.1 where as calls from internal transferred callers will not go to voicemail they just bounce back to the originator calls work fine on DDI calls dyn routing set to go to VM on local calls

Any help would be great

Hi,

There are 2 parts in the dyn routing. one is for external calls and the other is from internal calls. May be you have not set the internal calls part to go to VM once the timer 1 is fired.
