OTCCPE Softpanel License

Hi,

I'm having issues when trying to install the license file for OTCCPE Softpanels. I have installed a few on OTCCSE and have had no problem with the .lic file uploading to the application. OTCCPE however, does not accept the chicago.lic file as a valid license file. According to what I understand the following line in the chicago.lic file "FEATURE CHICAGO_STATS_API_SEAT" allows the use of Softpanel. So is it wrong to assume that the chicago.lic file is my license file? If so could someone possible give me a sample of a OTCCPE Softpanel .lic file?

I have logged a call with Alcatel and they have returned with the answer: "It is in Actis, we can't help you". Some guidance will be appreciated.

You need to get a separate .lic file for Softpanel which is tied to the MAC address of the SoftPanel server. Log a Esr requesting it with you CPU id and MAC address and away you go.
