Internal calls waits only 30 seconds in the queue

I'm experiencing a problem with internal calls to the GCE service.

When the call get into the queue and waits exactly 30 seconds, the call is dropped.

The problem does not happen with external calls.

Does anyone know how i can fix it?

If you havent already found the solution try adjusting timer 9 on the oxe... Ring tone timer: if the person called does not answer before this timer elapses, the caller gets the busy tone.

Timer for ringing before overflow on internal call (as of R4.2).
