Please update me how to prepare Comport cable to use OXE CBRMA box connetion with PC com port
( 24 pot Jack male /CBRMA box AO port ----- 9 pin femal jack for my PC )

I suppose you mean CBRMA console cable? Nullmodem cable is needed. I usually make it myself.

ALcatel does not supply such a cable.
You need to make it yourself or order one with the required pinout(Nullmodem).

I've got mine for decades working fine just with this connections:
DB9 DB25
2 2
3 3
5 7

the cabel is cable cross v24 3ba58091aaaa but you need the null modem db25-db9
