I have a Z24_2 that has gone bad. I have tried replacing it with 2 different Z24 cards. I change the card type (shelf - board - interface type) to Z24 and put the new one in. binaries download, according to incvisu, init 1 runs, init2 runs and the card comes in service. The problem is that I have terrible static on every channel. I can hear the dialtone (or the "your line has been forwarded" message on few. at first I thought I had a bad card, but I've tried 2 now with the same results. I am located in the US and the new cards came from Australia, is there some parameter I need to change to allot for this? Do I have 2 bad replacement cards, or am i looking in the wrong place?
