GA3 board REG NOT INTIALIZE ON PCS

Hi,
The GA3 board does not come in service on the pcs. It comes in service on the main CS but the status shows "REG NOT INIT" and all other boards come in service. I performed the incvisu and I get the following error "Config error or Loss of IP connection: 4,(14,3),10.54.88.5,00:80:9f:9d:56:d6." Also when the GA3 BOARD is booting up, it also shows " HWaddr of eth0 - 00:80:9F:9D:56:D6 - is still in use by bond0. Set the HWaddr of eth0 to a different address to avoid con" this line. does anyone know how to fix this. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Some of thing I tried already:
- rebooting the GA
- It has the LAN connectivity to the switch
- erasing the mac by shitf+"" and again rebooting it so that it picks up.
