I am happy to see the first post of question issue on opentouch
Most of encroutered issue are config issue
And due to lack of experience or a référenced Lab working properly, it is hard to find the root cause issue

I CAN help you in this forum
I suggest that for root cause analysis some tips
Simplify the context on you issue description

The less element are involved easier you Will detect the config issue
Allways compare issue between various clients: hence, you Will be able to identify if issue is on client or on server
If on the server, you can then concentrate on one client that you think is easier to troubleshoot

And Finally
Refer to the admin manual, and Check your configuration using some basic tool : Ping to Check availability and dns anwer...

I have a problem with the voice mail notification. I need the local storage voice mail GVP to call me if a new voice mail received. How do i configure that?

I think your issue concerns oxe user with voice mail on OT
The ip touch will not access directly to voice mail on OT
In fact an external voice mail with sip gateway = -1 ( internal oxe) is created in oxe
And to get new voice mail notification , do not Forget to activate the flag notify on subscribe


Finally in the OT config, you have in voice app, to refine the telephone number of the voice app dedicated to voice mail for oxe user: put same number as the external voice mail in oxe
