Setup CLIP on APA Board

Dear Sir/

We has OXE type MG version 10.1 . I want to setup CLIP on APA 8 Boards. What Configuration must be set to CLIP on APA8 Boards?

Hi Fahmit,
1.You access mgr menu, Translator->External Numbering Plan->Ext Callback Translator->Create (A and DEF), as below:

Basic number No. Digits To Be Removed Digits To Add Remarks
DEF 0 Number of digits of phone call Default incoming CLIP
A 0 900 International call

2. You access mgr, Shelf->Board-> APA8 address->review/modify ->CLIP Signalization ->change from "No CLIP" to "V23-short ringing alert". (To change this parameter, you must remove trunk lines of the APA8 board (trunk group/trunk/delete...). After you have finish, create them again.

3. Reset APA8 board.

Make a incomning call to check!
