how to create a telnet session for a 4028 IP touch phone,so that i can login the phone by telnet session?

for what..? any how follow the steps..!!

ippstat ->option 15 -> enter the ip ext number ->enter the time 1440

oxe ->telent ip@ of the IP Phone
