QSIG to Lync no DTMF and sending of GPINS

Hello to all,
I have an issue with a QSIG-GF link to MS Lync on a Dialogic Gateway. SIP has not been used due to costs from customer end but the issue we have is that if we call from an Alcatel Digital set to the MS Lync, when DTMF is selected, it does not work, no DTMF sent even though the set does say it is on DTMF. Extenral incoming calls and analogs are ok. Also if I activate the feature 'auto DTMF on outgoing call' then it is also fine. It is only when you use the DTMF from Digital sets via a prefix, programmed key or on the screen of the set when the call is made.

Second issue is that when a checked in room calls the MS Lync, the GPIN is sent and not the users number/name. This causes an issue also.

I have checked the ALU TKB and there is no reference to this issue or an interworking report for MS Lync and ALU.

Any help is appreciated.

Everything else works, it is just the two above.
