OS6850 & Low Internet Bandwith

Hi There!

I have a situation with my LAN and Internet. This is my topology:
OS6850 (access) ----- OS6850U24X (Fiber) ------ Extreme Networks switch----- Firewall Juniper ----- Internet 100 Mbps.

My laptop directly connected to OS6850(access) download between 40 and 60 Mbps. (From my ISP Speed test).
My laptop directly connected to OS6850u24X (Fiber) download between 40 and 60 Mbps.
My laptop directly connected to Extreme Networks Switch download between 70 and 80 Mbps.

In the first and second tests, only my laptop was connected to Alcatel Switches.
In the third test, about 10 computers were connected to Extreme.
