communication between OXE <--> OXO

Hello Dears,

I have two PCXs OXE & OXO, and they are connected with each other with T2 trunk,
and extension 500 on OXE can dial extension 100 on OXO directly without any previous prefixes.
the problem is, when extension 500 need to contact with extension 100, the call established but none hear any voice (you can hear nothing), the user 500 tray again and he success to contact with user 100 and hear his voice.

what could be the problem??

Hi, could be the wrong b channel being used at one end. have you set the same number of channels and set one end as master?
